Refund policy
Last updated: 2026-06-20
FFCheck is a platform of free rights tools for people in Europe. What we sell are send-ready document packs — flat-priced, no commission (currently the EU 261 claim pack at €19; more packs follow the same rules as they launch). Here is exactly how refunds work — in plain language, before you ever need this page.
1. The fix-it guarantee (free, always)
Typo in your name? A wrong reference or date? A field that didn't fill correctly? Reply to the delivery email within 30 days and we re-generate your documents free of charge, as often as needed. This is the fastest fix and covers nearly every problem.
2. When you get your money back
- You paid but no document arrived (and it isn't in spam, and the download link doesn't work): full refund or immediate re-delivery — your choice.
- Duplicate payment for the same claim: the duplicate is refunded automatically once we spot it, or immediately when you tell us.
- The document is materially wrong on our side (a template or legal-citation error, not a typo in the data you entered) and a re-generation can't fix it: full refund.
- You changed your mind before delivery: full refund. After delivery, the 14-day withdrawal right no longer applies — you expressly agreed to immediate delivery of digital content at checkout (Directive 2011/83/EU, Art. 16(m)). We can still refund as goodwill in reasonable cases — just ask.
What a refund can't include: the outcome of your claim. The letters give your claim its strongest reasonable opening, but whether the airline pays is the airline's (and if needed the enforcement body's) decision.
3. How to request one
Email info@ffcheck.eu from the address you used at checkout, with your order number (it's in the delivery email). We reply within 2 business days; approved refunds go back to your original payment method, usually visible within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.
4. Before you open a bank dispute
A chargeback takes weeks and freezes the money for everyone. Email us first — almost everything on this page resolves faster with a reply than with a dispute. Charges appear on your statement as FFCHECK.
