1. Who provides this service

FFCheck, registered with the Dutch Chamber of Commerce (KvK 82724822), VAT NL003722987B94 — full details in the imprint. Contact: info@ffcheck.eu.

2. The platform (free)

FFCheck exists so people in Europe stop rediscovering their rights from zero: everyday-law answers, checkers, guides, who-to-contact registries and community-measured outcomes — free, in your language, no account. They provide general information, not legal advice. Every answer links to the official source it was checked against, with the date of the last review. Laws change; for a decision that matters, verify against the linked source or consult a qualified professional in your country.

3. Paid document packs (currently: the EU 261 claim pack, €19)

• What you buy: personalised, send-ready legal documents generated from the details you provide, delivered as PDFs by email together with a VAT invoice — flat price including VAT, never a commission. The current pack: the EU 261/2004 claim pack (claim letter, final notice and enforcement-body complaint) for €19. New packs launch under these same terms.
• Immediate delivery & withdrawal: the PDF is generated and delivered immediately after payment. By ticking the consent box in the generator you expressly request immediate performance and acknowledge losing the 14-day right of withdrawal for digital content once delivered (Consumer Rights Directive 2011/83/EU, Art. 16(m)).
• Fix-it guarantee: spot a typo or a wrong field? Reply to the delivery email within 30 days and we re-generate the document free of charge.
• Download window: the download link is valid for 30 days; the PDF is also attached to the delivery email.
• What it is not: the letter is a formal template filled with your data and the applicable law. It is not legal representation, and we cannot guarantee the airline pays — we give your claim its strongest reasonable opening.
• Refunds: see the dedicated refund policy — fix-it guarantee first, money back where it applies.
• Disputes: if you are unhappy, email info@ffcheck.eu first — we resolve almost everything with a refund or a fix. You can also use an alternative dispute resolution (ADR) body in your country of residence.

4. Acceptable use

Don't scrape at abusive rates, probe for vulnerabilities, or use the tools to harass or defraud. We may rate-limit or block abusive traffic.

5. Liability

We take care to keep information accurate and reviewed (each answer shows its check date), but we accept no liability for decisions taken on the basis of general information, for temporary unavailability, or for the outcome of any claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable consumer law — your statutory rights remain untouched.

6. Governing law

Dutch law governs these terms. If you are a consumer in another EU/EEA country you keep the protection of the mandatory rules of your own country of residence.
