🔍 Check a webshop's return policy

Enter the shop's web address. We read the shop's own return policy page and show what it says about the deadline, the return costs and the return address, quoted, with the link.

📜 What the law gives you

In the EU, the law gives you at least 14 days to withdraw from an online purchase without giving a reason, and the shop must refund you within 14 days of being told you withdraw. Unless it offered to collect the goods, it may wait until it has them back or you show that you sent them (Art. 13(3)). A shop may give you more, not less.

If you withdraw, you pay the direct cost of sending the goods back, unless the shop agreed to pay it or did not tell you beforehand that you have to pay it.

Some goods are excepted, for example sealed hygiene goods once unsealed, goods that spoil quickly and goods made to your specifications.

⚖️ Quoted, not judged

FFCheck quotes the shop's own pages and puts the law next to them. This is not legal advice and not a verdict on the shop. Pages change, so look at the date we read them.
