Can I buy flavoured e-cigarettes in Lithuania?

The main liability falls on sellers, but the restrictions also affect users. Trading in banned-flavour liquids, selling to minors or supplying non-compliant goods brings administrative fines for the business, confiscation of the goods and can cost the right to sell tobacco products. Critics note the fines are not deterrent enough, so fruit liquids are still sold by "renaming" them, but that remains an offence. What people do not expect: banned liquids ordered online from abroad may be detained, and distance selling is restricted. Vaping where smoking is banned — near schools, on children's playgrounds and in many public spaces — carries the same liability as smoking. A minor may face measures for possession, and high-nicotine products pose a real addiction risk to young users.
