Nová zelená úsporám is the state programme for home renovation: insulation, heat pumps and other heat-source replacement, solar panels. It is run by the Ministry of the Environment and administered by the State Environmental Fund (SFŽP). Lower-income households can use Nová zelená úsporám Light.
