Someone used my digital ID or government login — who do I contact?
Your national digital identity (the login you use for tax, benefits, health) is the master key to everything, so treat misuse as an emergency. Block or reset it at ROeID / ghiseul.ro — suport (roeid.ro) — every scheme has a helpline for exactly this. Then report to Poliția Română — plângere (112); the report number is needed to undo anything done in your name (a changed address, a benefit claim, a filed tax return). ANSPDCP — Autoritatea Națională de Supraveghere a Prelucrării Datelor (031 805 9211) handles the data-protection side and can order the agency to correct the records. Never share a login code with anyone who calls — no agency ever asks.
