Sanctions hit the employer, not the teenager. The labour inspectorate fines breaches of youth-employment rules in the hundreds of thousands — typically for night shifts, overtime, exceeding eight hours a day, or assigning hazardous work. Any clause going beyond the statutory limits is void: you don't have to honour it, and refusing overtime cannot be held against you. So the teen faces no fine, but does lose protection when working outside the limits — and a parent's written consent changes nothing, because you cannot consent to work the law forbids for minors.
