Can a child sit in the front seat in Czechia?
Yes — there is no age limit for the front seat; the car seat decides. The popular "from age 12" is a myth. Four points are a third of the way to losing your licence, so two such stops in a year are a serious problem rather than paperwork. A rear-facing seat on an active airbag is a separate offence and above all an extreme risk: the airbag deploys straight into the child's head. After any crash replace the seat, even if it looks undamaged — no fine applies to that, but neither does a second chance.
