🔌 Power cut in Czechia: who do I call?

The short answer

For a power cut you call the grid operator, not the company that bills you. The grid operator owns the cables and repairs faults.

📜 The rules in Czechia

Power cut

Report power cuts to your distributor (it depends on where you live). Planned outages must be announced at least 15 days ahead. If quality standards are breached, you can claim compensation from the distributor or supplier.
