How do you recover a debt without a long court case in Estonia?
With the expedited payment order procedure — fast, cheap and entirely electronic. A claim in the expedited procedure may not exceed €8,000, including ancillary claims such as interest and late payment interest. The state fee is three percent of the claim, but not less than €65 — substantially less than in ordinary action proceedings.
