Can I use a dashcam in Denmark?
Yes — a windscreen dashcam is legal, and the footage makes excellent crash documentation. The big trap is sharing: post clips online where people or number plates are identifiable and you breach GDPR and potentially Criminal Code § 264 a/d — that is where the fines land.
