Telecom regulator
Digitaliseringsstyrelsen
Danish telecom authority. It explains your rights as a phone and internet customer and supervises that providers follow the rules. It does not decide individual complaints, such as bill disputes; it refers them to Teleankenævnet.
Free dispute resolution
Teleankenævnet · a fee may apply
What to do first: Complain in writing to your provider first and get its decision. If it has not answered within a reasonable time, typically up to three months, you can also go to Teleankenævnet.
Time limit: Teleankenævnet's statutes, in force since 1 February 2025, set no deadline for filing a complaint.

Official speed test official
Tjekditnet.dk – bredbåndsmåler
No official page says the result counts as proof. The meter is run by Digitaliseringsstyrelsen and measures from your device to the Danish internet exchange (DIX); measure several times over several days, then contact your provider if speed stays too low.
The law
Lov om elektroniske kommunikationsnet og -tjenester (teleloven), LBK nr. 681 af 16. juni 2025
This law puts the EU rules on phone and internet services into national law.
