Can I sell a car without inspection?
Usually not without the paperwork in order — between private individuals a valid inspection and a Car-Pass are mandatory. There is no traffic fine, but the consequences are civil: without a Car-Pass the buyer can have the sale annulled, and for a tampered odometer you are liable. Without a valid inspection (where it is required) the buyer cannot register the vehicle in their name.
