Can I buy HHC in Czechia?
No — HHC is banned in Czechia. Since 6 March 2024 HHC, HHC-O and THCP have been on the list of banned psychoactive substances, and in March 2026 the government — following the UN narcotics commission — moved HHC onto the narcotics list, the same regime as classic drugs. Producing, selling and importing it is a criminal offence; possessing a small amount for personal use is a misdemeanour with a fine. The HHC vapes and gummies once sold in vending machines are illegal — and driving under the influence of HHC is tested for and punished.
