Can I buy HHC in Czechia?
No — HHC is banned in Czechia. Since 6 March 2024 HHC, HHC-O and THCP have been on the list of banned psychoactive substances, and in March 2026 the government followed the UN and moved HHC onto the narcotics list — the same regime as classic drugs. Producing, selling and importing it is a criminal offence; possessing a small amount for personal use is a misdemeanour with a fine of up to CZK 15,000.
