🤝 Is there a social tariff or cheaper phone and internet for people on a low income in Cyprus?

The short answer

The universal service provider, ΑΤΗΚ, must offer special tariff packages for a fixed phone line and broadband (at least 10 Mbps down, 2 Mbps up) to people on low income or with certain permanent disabilities, for one home in Cyprus.

Some countries have a social tariff or other support so that people on a low income can afford a phone and internet connection, and many guarantee a basic connection. What exists in Cyprus is below.
