Can I carry pepper spray for self-defence in Hungary?
Yes — but only the 'milder' kind, and discreetly at that. Even the legal spray may only be used in legitimate self-defence: repelling an unlawful attack — spraying 'for fun' is assault. Sale to minors is prohibited.
