Can I swim naked in Denmark?

Nude bathing itself carries no punishment — there is no Danish provision against being naked on a beach. What gets punished is conduct: indecent exposure under Criminal Code § 232 (sexualised behaviour, voyeurism, seeking out nude bathers for that purpose) brings fines or, in graver cases, prison. Photographing nude bathers without consent is separately punishable and can trigger both a police case and a demand that the images be deleted. At beaches and bathing facilities with local signage or house rules, breaching them can additionally mean ejection and a fine.
