☀️ Solar panels in Bulgaria: what do I get for the power I feed in?

The short answer

If you produce more than you use, the surplus goes into the grid. How you are paid for it depends on the national scheme.

📜 The rules in Bulgaria

Solar panels

If you install a rooftop or facade solar system up to 30 kWp to sell its power, your regional end supplier buys the electricity under a purchase contract at a preferential price set by KEVR every year. From 1 July 2026 this price is €54.57/MWh excl. VAT.
