🤝 Is there a social tariff or cheaper phone and internet for people on a low income in Italy?

The short answer

Low-income households with an ISEE of no more than 8,112.23 euro get 50% off the fee of the VOCE landline offer of TIM S.p.A., the designated universal service provider, plus 30 free minutes of calls to national fixed and mobile numbers.

Some countries have a social tariff or other support so that people on a low income can afford a phone and internet connection, and many guarantee a basic connection. What exists in Italy is below.
