🤝 Is there a social tariff or cheaper phone and internet for people on a low income in Greece?

The short answer

Greece's Universal Service gives every consumer access to adequate broadband and fixed-line calls at an affordable price, at most €27 a month. After a tender, EETT designated NOVA as the universal service provider.

Some countries have a social tariff or other support so that people on a low income can afford a phone and internet connection, and many guarantee a basic connection. What exists in Greece is below.
