Telecom regulator
Εθνική Επιτροπή Τηλεπικοινωνιών και Ταχυδρομείων (ΕΕΤΤ)
Greece's telecom regulator. It takes written complaints once you have complained to your provider, forwards them and sets a reply deadline, and can impose penalties. It does not settle individual disputes or award compensation.

What to do first: Raise the problem with your provider first and try to solve it; file only if it is not solved within a reasonable time. Attach copies of your contact with the provider and state clearly what you ask the Ombudsman to mediate.
Time limit: Within one year of when you became fully aware of the act or omission that harmed you. Not possible while the case is pending before a court.

EETT 360º – Σύγκριση τιμών τηλεπικοινωνιακών προγραμμάτων
Official speed test official
ΥΠΕΡΙΩΝ (Hyperion)
EETT's own system for measuring broadband quality. A result is not automatic proof: after your complaint the provider runs the deviation check, but it must assess measurements you attach and may use them without new tests; EETT tools can also be used.
