My phone or internet is down: do I get compensation in Greece?
Report a fixed-line fault to your provider: it must make every reasonable effort to repair it within four calendar days of your report, or six for cable damage. You can ask for calls to be forwarded to another number, possibly at a charge.
When your line is down, your provider has to repair it. In some countries you get compensation if a fault is not fixed in time; what applies in Greece, and what it means for emergency calls, is below.
📜 The rules in Greece
Compensation
If the fault interrupts your service for over two working days after you report it, the provider credits the monthly fee for the outage period, automatically on a bill within four months of the repair, unless you, a third party or force majeure caused it.
Emergency calls
Calls to 112 and other national emergency numbers are free, with no means of payment needed. Voice providers must take all necessary measures, at no charge, to keep access to emergency services uninterrupted.

Usually only longer faults or missed repair appointments are. The rule for Greece, if there is one, is on this page.
What if the faults keep coming back?
Repeated faults can give you the right to a lower price or to end the contract. Ask the regulator or the dispute body.
