Make the airline’s choice yours: refund or re-routing, plus care — and compensation if notice was short.

- Choose: a full refund within 7 days, or re-routing to your destination — the choice is yours
- Claim care while you wait (meals, calls, hotel if overnight)
- If you were told under 14 days ahead, claim Art. 7 compensation too
Do not accept a voucher in place of a cash refund unless you want to. Keep the cancellation message — the notice date decides your compensation.
