Free dispute resolution

Fjarskiptastofa (kvartanir neytenda)

What to do first: Complain to your provider first. If you still think it broke its legal duties, send Fjarskiptastofa a complaint on its online form. It asks the provider for its view and tries to settle the dispute before deciding.

Time limit: No general deadline for the complaint itself was found. If you disagree with Fjarskiptastofa's decision, your appeal must reach the appeals committee within four weeks of learning of the decision.
