Package tours: price reduction + compensation
When a booked package goes wrong, the organiser owes a reduction and, often, damages.

If part of a package tour is not as promised, you are entitled to a price reduction for the period of non-conformity, and to compensation for any further damage — including, per the Leitner ruling, loss of enjoyment of the holiday.
There is no fixed table: the reduction is proportionate to how serious and how long the problem was. Report defects to the organiser promptly and in writing.
